Atelier 19 is the atelier/showroom of multi award winning designer Jan Knibbs and a vintage inspired concept boutique featuring work by other ethical designers, including milliner Gemma Sangwine. Jan specialises in couture embroidery and combines her signature style of embroidery with vintage finds to create unique bespoke garments and accessories. Gemma creates unique headwear including tiaras made from vintage jewellery. Both designers specialise in creating pieces for the ethical bride and often collaborate to design the ultimate co-ordinated look for their special day. Many of their designs are also perfect for dressing up on and off stage and for festivals.
