An exquisite collection of sustainable skincare; unique to Westminster Abbey

Conscious Skincare has joined forces with the iconic Westminster Abbey to create a truly exquisite collection of sustainable skincare. This extraordinary collaboration brings together the timeless elegance of the abbey and the innovative expertise of the skincare brand, resulting in a range of products that are as enchanting as they are effective.

Westminster Abbey, where kings and queens are crowned, wanted to introduce a new element of wellness to their patrons. Conscious Skincare, renowned for its dedication to natural ingredients and sustainable practices, found inspiration in the rich history and architectural splendour of Westminster Abbey.

What sets this collaboration apart is the meticulous attention to detail and the reverence for tradition that both brands share. Conscious Skincare has taken great care to ensure that each product reflects the essence of Westminster Abbey, from the elegant packaging adorned with intricate motifs inspired by the abbey’s architecture to the delicate scents that evoke the tranquillity of its sacred spaces.

Furthermore, a portion of the proceeds from this collaboration will be donated to support the preservation and conservation efforts of Westminster Abbey. By indulging in these luxurious skincare products, individuals not only enhance their own beauty but also contribute to the preservation of such a cherished cultural landmark.

Sustainable skincare range

Two botanical blends have been specially selected by Westminster Abbey for the sustainable skincare range. The products now available in the gift shop feature Lavender & Rose Geranium and Lemon & Rosewood.

Lavender and geranium have been used since mediaeval times in beauty preparations. And lemon was imported from the Azores in the 15th century. So these ingredients are truly historic and perfectly suitable for the Abbey.

Lavender & Geranium was blended into the organic body wash and body lotion. Lemon & Rosewood is used in the organic hand wash and hand lotion. The custom range has a label based on an oil painting by Devon artist Rah River, which was specially commissioned for the Abbey and features Tudor roses and a white dove.

Conscious Skincare uses natural, ethically sourced ingredients and sustainable packaging of the highest quality. This makes them the perfect choice for this collaboration with a place of timeless beauty and craftsmanship.

This work adds to Conscious Skincare’s impressive collaboration portfolio with The Royal Ballet and The National Trust being among them.

The Royal Ballet range featured Sweet Orange & Frangipani and Sweet Grapefruit Lemon & Cedarwood. The bottles for the two ranges were decorated with a unique dancer’s silhouette.

The Royal Ballet said ‘’Conscious Skincare packages all their products in recyclable materials and offer a unique, high quality brand that we feel a perfect match for the excellence of The Royal Ballet.”

Conscious Skincare only works with select brands on collaborations of this type.

Conscious Skincare’s own products feature botanical blends. Choose from the luxurious organic body wash set, body wash and body moisturiser with blends of lavender and geranium. Or a hardworking hands gift set, hand wash and hand cream with lemon and rosewood. The stylish glass bottles are, of course, reusable or recyclable.
