My woven textile designs are all inspired by the island of Anglesey in North Wales. The 'tidal sands' collection is influenced by the colours, light and shapes found in the stunning landscape of the coast line. I work on a hand operated loom to produce sample pieces which are then manufactured for me by a family run mill in Lancashire. The mill has been running for nearly 150 years and uses water from its own stream to give the merino lambswool fabrics and throws a really soft, luxurious feel.
