Founded in 2019 by Sue Campbell, KIND2 is the story of wanting to make a difference. An Australian who made London her home, Sue has always loved travel and the great outdoors. When based in Hong Kong, her adventures brought her up close and personal with the overwhelming presence of plastic pollution … everywhere. Learning that shampoo is 80% water was a lightbulb moment - Sue left her corporate career, returned to London and embarked on a mission to develop brilliant plastic free haircare. We truly believe eco-friendly doesn't mean compromise on performance and are proud that all our products have won industry awards.

Not just plastic free, our solid shampoo and conditioner formulas are palm free and pH balanced for healthy and shiny hair.

Our concentrated haircare bars are made in the UK, supporting local industry and lowering our carbon footprint. Formulated without irritants in the form of sulphates, synthetic fragrances and colours, our bars are pH balanced for healthy hair and scalp. Our products are certified Zero Plastic Inside, 100% microplastic free by Plastic Soup Foundation. Low waste - packaged in cardboard made from carbon balanced paper supporting The World Land Trust, plus we plant a tree for every order. Our fulfilment is done by a Social Enterprise providing people with learning disabilities and autism employment to gain skills and confidence.

We're continuing to expand our range and recently launched discovery size bars to encourage new customers to try solid haircare. In late 2022 we launched Dog Shampoo Bars.
