
Jane Langley
Founder and CEO
Jane comes to entrepreneurship following a long career in art where she exhibited, curated and taught painting for 27 years. After a talk on Climate Change in 2009 she launched a global arts project to inspire young people to create paintings, poetry and films about the environment. Following that, she decided to set up a business that supported sustainable brands while investing 100% of its surplus revenue into renewable energy. Jane is also a pending trustee.

Margy Newens
Membership and Patrons Lead
Margy comes to Blue Patch after several years in the City as a sugar trader. With her extensive experience in building and managing relationships, she is also Councillor for Dulwich Village Ward, in the London Borough of Southwark. Fluent in Russian and French, Margy is widely travelled within Europe, CIC and the Middle East, making her an ideal Membership and Patrons lead.

Anna Skipwith
Social Media Club Manager
Anna runs Blue Patch’s Social Media Club via the members’ newsletter. She founded hellosocial.media in January 2019 after 10 years working in PR in the City. She loves to support and train small businesses to use social media more effectively. Tilly, her golden spaniel, is the love of her life along with her 3 teen boys and DIY-loving husband!

Annette Clubley
Social Media Manager
Annette has a digital marketing agency background and retrained as a social media manager. She works for a wide range of businesses as a social media service provider and trainer. As a keen wildlife conservationist, Annette is mindful of sustainability and our impact on the environment. Outside of work, family is her focus and she loves teaching the next generation to enjoy the outdoors.

Gabrielle Crimes
Marketing
With over 20 years marketing and copywriting experience, Gabrielle is equipped to take on a challenge. A senior marketing manager and content specialist, her skills include campaign planning and delivery, print projects and digital content strategy. She enjoys living by the sea and cooking and plans to have a portrait photo taken one day!

Sarah Matthews
Finance and Bookkeeping
As our in-house bookkeeper, Sarah manages the finances at Blue Patch. She worked as a lawyer before retraining to support businesses with financial management. She has an undying love for Neil Diamond and enjoys holidays and a good game of tennis.

Jackie Porciani
Marcomms
An accomplished Marketing and Communications professional, Jackie has developed and implemented international marketing campaigns for high profile businesses, including Harrods, Fabergé and Bausch + Lomb. Most recently, she has led the development of the regional marketing assets for the launch of Bausch + Lomb ULTRA ONE DAY Multifocal across EMEA. She has managed teams and created collaborative and innovative working environments focused on preparing marketing campaigns, content, and ensuring alignment with brands. With expertise in managing partnerships Jackie adopts a pro-active approach to building long term relationships with clients, colleagues, brands, and marketing professionals.

Anna Lind
Business Development
Anna is an MBA-educated strategy and business transformation expert with over 20 years experience supporting business leaders in designing and implementing their organisation’s strategic growth agenda. Anna will be supporting the leadership team at Blue Patch as they pursue their growth agenda. In her spare time, Anna is keen amateur runner and avid traveller.

Marcos Moret
Business Development
Marcos is a technology transformation and innovation specialist, with 25 years of industry experience. His expertise spans strategy through implementation, and includes user experience, data and analytics, AI, CRM, e-Commerce & loyalty, marketing technology, content / publishing, and workplace transformation. As a consultant, clients have included Avios, Coca-Cola, IHS Markit, the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment, Informa, Kingfisher, O2, Reed, and Three. Marcos also provides executive & business coaching services, working with CXOs and founders at the intersection of nature, sustainability and technology. He is holder of an MBA (Tech Management specialism), CIM Marketing Diploma, BA Management & Psychology, Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, and various project / programme management certifications. Marcos lives with his family in Wimbledon, and enjoys tennis, music and nature.

Ranjit Paul
Finance (pending trustee)
Ranjit is a commercially focused chief financial officer with extensive experience in finance leadership roles at listed and private companies across a wide array of businesses including exchanges, post trade solutions in OTC derivatives, electronic and voice broking, and SaaS businesses. He has served on executive management committees and supported Board and other governance committees. He has a proven record of partnering with businesses to successfully execute long term commercial strategy. Consistently delivered strong cash flow, healthy dividends and created capacity for investments to drive long term growth. Deep commitment to talent development and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Successfully completed several mergers and acquisitions. Completed three major finance transformation programmes, ensuring a collaborative approach to minimise disruption on the business and ultimately delivering improved support for the organisation.

Catherine Marks
Strategy Lead and Fundraising
Catherine has a background of 20 years’ experience in finance and M&A. Her career has spanned the tech, telecoms, media and financial services industries in the UK, Switzerland and the US. She was the Vice President of Finance at Depop and led the Financial Planning team at O2 through its merger with Virgin Media. She currently delivers training to finance teams with GrowCFO alongside studying for a Masters degree in Philanthropic Studies and her voluntary role as a Cranfield Trust consultant.

Alice Doyle
Lead: net zero team
Alice is a sustainability consultant and chartered environmentalist with over 20 years experience of putting people and planet before profit. As an associate consultant for Naturesave Insurance Alice will be supporting Blue Patch members on their sustainability journey. Outside of work Alice enjoys slow travel (walking, cycling or trains) and living by the sea.

Mark Harris
Business development
Mark is a seasoned change manager and director with extensive expertise in technical products, systems, and services for both consumer and business-to-consumer markets. As a qualified Chartered Engineer, Mark has consistently led and advised on innovation and change within technology companies, often driving new business growth and sharpening strategic focus. Previous employers or clients include Costa Coffee,McLaren motorsport, Novartis pharma, Smiths medical, and Motorola automotive. In 2020, Mark recognised the urgency of the climate crisis and has since been dedicated to supporting the transition to a sustainable future. He has actively pursued roles focused on addressing climate change and achieving net zero. Most recently, he served as the Director of Programmes at the Blockchain & Climate Institute in a voluntary capacity. Mark brings a wealth of transferable skills and relevant experience, including research, analysis, planning, management, budgeting, and front-line skills. He lives in St. Albans, and enjoys travelling, walking, and exploring new places.

Jack Buckle
Cyber security and GDPR
Jack has 13 years as a cyber security practitioner and technical team lead. Whilst specialising in technical security testing, he has a broad skillset in helping clients to identify, understand and mitigate cyber security risks. He has extensive experience working with a range of organisations across the private, public and third sectors, and regulatory regimes including PCI DSS, Open Banking and NCSC CHECK. He is passionate about improving cyber security and in enabling organisations of all sizes to understand risks and address security challenges. He is concerned at the anthropogenic damage that continues to be caused to the environment and the impact upon communities in the UK and across the globe. He is enthusiastic about supporting Blue Patch and its members grow securely and continue to re-invest in our communities.

Linda Baines
Governance
Linda Baines is President of the National Coalition of Independent Scholars – NCIS (ncis.org), a US based non-profit which has a global membership, an independent scholar, and a visiting researcher at Southampton Business School (SBS), University of Southampton, where she completed her PhD in 2016. Her research interests include sustainability, women’s lived experience, and third sector governance and leadership. In a previous life, Linda worked as a senior manager in the public sector, most recently in the research councils (which fund postgraduate research in the UK). Linda has extensive experience of commercial management, strategic and business development and planning, setting up spinout companies and research collaborations, preparing and negotiating contracts, procurement, and governance. She has substantive experience as a Chair and trustee of third sector organisations.

The Blue Patch charity is new. We welcome advisors and volunteers to get to know us. Over time volunteers and advisors may wish to apply to take on trustee roles. The (pending) Blue Patch constitution will clarify our processes in due course.

Julian Namubiru
Net zero team
Julian has extensive international experience and expertise in sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), corporate training, advocacy, and social impact. Fluent in both French and English, she is a strong communicator and advocate for marginalised communities, with a focus on inclusion and equal rights in business. Julian holds a Certificate in ESG Principles and Standards from the Association of Governance Risk and Compliance in London, complementing an MSc in Management and International Business. With a diverse educational background, including a focus on politics and diplomacy at the University of London (SOAS), she combine academic rigour with practical experience.

Calum Hay
Net Zero team
Calum holds an MBA focusing on sustainable finance and works in financial services to create investment opportunities for investors looking at the ESG sector. Calum also has 7 years of experience providing strategic guidance to the public sector, including the implementation of a number of initiatives and projects. Outside of work, Calum likes to get out on his bike and occasionally attempt to cook something adventurous.

Julie Lardieg
Filmmaker, Video Editor and Storyteller
With over 20 years of experience in marketing, Julie has created innovative concepts and successfully launched brands and campaigns in the beauty, fragrance, and pharmaceutical industries. Her passion for storytelling and filmmaking led her to study at MetFilm School, where she enhanced her skills to become a freelance videographer, video editor, and storyteller. In her spare time, Julie is an avid runner and enjoys playing basketball.

Cheena Chopra
Net zero team
Cheena’s experience in the fashion industry and her entrepreneurial journey are defined by determination and passion to succeed and a commitment and love for sustainable living. Being dedicated to giving back to society has been a driving force. Working on the UN project for Rohingya Refugees and spending time with Orphan children in India has shaped her into who she is, infusing professional pursuits with a deep sense of purpose. She has had the opportunity to live and work across three continents and five countries, enriching her perspectives. This diverse background has honed her skills and fuelled her mission to promote sustainable living.

Dr Virginie Litaudon
Net zero team
Dr. Virginie Litaudon is a Franco-British circular economy and sustainability lecturer and researcher. With a PhD in Business and Circular Economy and over five years of experience, she has worked across public, private, and academic sectors to advance the circular economy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and sustainable development goals (SDGs). Her expertise lies in translating complex research into actionable strategies, including the design of circular business models, delivering sustainability workshops to diverse audiences, and publishing impactful research in peer-reviewed journals. A key contributor to the €8.8 million EU-funded PlastiCity project, she developed circular innovative frameworks to increase recycling rates significantly across European cities.

Chituru Chikwem
Business development and data analytics
Chituru is a strategic business professional with over 5 years of experience in business development, business analysis, and data analytics across the fintech, telecommunications, and technology industries. She founded a Junior Chamber International Collegiate Local organisation in her home country, Nigeria, to raise students to become leaders who see societal needs and take the lead. She is currently studying for a Masters degree in International Business and Data Analytics, she combines analytical expertise with creative problem-solving skills to drive business growth.

Tom Gourd
Net zero team
Tom has eight years of experience in climate & net zero across the public and private sectors. At Boston Consulting Group, he works with the world’s largest companies to grow their businesses while reducing their emissions and environmental footprint. He has extensive experience across corporate strategy, M&A and operations, primarily across the energy, industrials and Private Equity sectors. At HM Treasury, he advised ministers including Rishi Sunak and Philip Hammond on climate change. He led a team designing policies and regulations and allocating public funding towards the net zero transition. In his spare time, Tom enjoys reading, cycling and jazz drumming.

Samantha Ianniciello
Communications
Samantha has been working as a marketing & sales manager for many Italian and Swiss companies. Her experience is focused on driving marketing efforts, optimising sales growth, and stimulating business development. She loves reading crime stories and her passion is Italian food. Samantha joined Blue Patch’s Advisory Board in 2023 to support business development and acquisition.

Henry Yu
3D Visualiser
Henry is a professional 3D visualiser with expertise in architectural and interior visualisation. With a background in post-production, he brings a unique blend of creativity and technical proficiency to his work. Having lived in Hong Kong, the US, and the UK, Henry has a diverse cultural perspective that enhances his projects. His extensive knowledge spans both 3D design and motion graphics, making him a versatile asset in the visual arts industry. Fluent in English and Cantonese, Henry enjoys traveling, exploring new destinations, and immersing himself in unique experiences.

Amanda Skellington
Net zero team
Amanda is a climate & social impact economist at PwC, where she supports organisations to measure, value and report environmental, social and economic impacts of their net zero policies and social impact strategies. She has advised central & local government, and at the Board and C-suite level in the non-profit and private sectors across retail, health and technology industries. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys going to the cinema and exploring London’s parks with her dog Buzz.

Hannah Caswell
Net zero team: ESG
Hannah is a social impact specialist. Currently working in youth entrepreneurship, she delivers programmes that upskill organisations to support young people to start and grow socially and environmentally minded businesses, with a focus on responsible business and ESG. She also advises the philanthropic strategies at Board and C-suite level for several high profile public and private actors, including banks and consultancy firms. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys strength training, cinema trips and drawing.

Sonia Giovannini

After nearly a decade in luxury fashion, leading global creative projects and stakeholder engagement for top brands, Sonia is pivoting towards her true passion—supporting sustainable businesses through marketing and communications. She believes in using storytelling to highlight brands that are shaping a greener future, ensuring their message reaches the right audience. Always eager to learn, she’s expanding her knowledge of ESG, CSR, and responsible business practices. When she’s not spreading the word about impactful brands, she’s likely planning her next trip or hunting down the best local eats—because for her, food is fuel for the soul!
Emma Kirby and Matt Beale Collins
Emma Kirby, Jane Langley and Matt Beale-Collins ‘incubated’ the Blue Patch project through research and debate. The question ‘can an alternative, creative community, united by a passion for nature, sustainability and ethical values, exist in a competitive, free market economy’ came to fruition when Blue Patch launched in 2014. In the beginning was simple conversation between three people – we hope more voices and contributors will join in and help shape the future.

Emma Kirby
With a background in aviation, agri-tech and herd improvement co-operatives, Pilates, and facial reflexology, Emma’s leading career and last role was an Investment strategy manager with 20 years + in fiduciary and portfolio management, experience in fund administration and portfolio implementation, business development, asset allocation, ESG, strategic modelling and trading. She was also a member of the London Office Sustainability Committee, which was part of a Global Sustainability Committee. Emma is currently studying Fengshui based interior design.

Matt Beale-Collins
Hello, I’m Matt. I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor, with a background in supporting adults and young people through physical and psychological challenges. I have worked as a mentor with young adults excluded from mainstream education, and as a grief companion attached to a hospice. I work relationally, which means I place great emphasis on the value in building our relationship, as well as the way that other relationships function in your life. We work in the here and now, with some attention to how your past might be impacting you currently. I am trained in transpersonal psychology, which means my approach to therapy is holistic. Living is an embodied experience, it is mind and body and I work with the whole being. I believe that we have an innate desire to go beyond known limitations.
