Moving from those dark, short days of winter, spring is in the air and so our thoughts turn to Love. A small token at any time is always welcome. My choices are traditional but with a home grown twist.

The Rococo chocolate factory is in West Dulwich, London. Chantal Coady began Rococo nearly thirty years ago and I remember the first shop in the Kings Road- which is still there. It was pretty unique then with its focus on artisan chocolate and distinctive, beautifully designed packaging. Chantal has stayed true to her philosophy for ethics and sustainability. A close collaboration with the Grenada Chocolate Factory continues today with Grococo Farm which is a social enterprise that also provides cocoa for the Rococo Organic House Blend.
